We scheduled an appointment to have our air conditioner serviced. Two days later it was not done (they did some other minor work including an oil change). We picked up the car and scheduled a second appoin serviced. Two days later it was not done (they did some other minor work including an oil change). We picked up the car and scheduled a second appointment the following week. After two days it was not done--they needed to order parts (this revelation took four days!) The service rep said he would call when the parts came in. We picked up the car. Never got the call (that service rep left the company). We made a third appointment to have the service but only after it was confirmed that the parts were in and ready for install since we did not want to lose use of the car for more than a day. We brought the car in and (you guessed it) the service was NOT done that day. Finally, on the sixth day the service was complete. The final service rep (Josh) was as helpful as he could be. This is our typical experience with Gebhardt BMW service. No matter the service required, it always extends to one or two additional days. Very frustrating. More

Great service, unfortunately the timeline was a little delayed but it was still a quick turn around once the work started.
