Bad experience with service. I first called about an estimate on alternator, no response from service tech Seth. Had the truck towed to dealership for a 12:00 pm appointment. At 1:30 I called to see if my truck was there. First tech Jeff I talked to told me he had not seen my truck. I called back 3 to 4 times, another Jeff, Josh, nobody knows anything. I was thinking maybe the truck had been stolen. My last call around 4:00 pm to service manager. He grabbed a key on the counter and verified my truck was there within 5 minutes! It took 5 days and multiple phone calls to get my truck repair completed! More
