When I started looking for a QX80, I knew exactly what I wanted. When I saw "The One" at Fishers Imports, I questioned driving so far for a vehicle. It turned out to be the best decision ever! Financing worked over the phone with my husband and I to get everything squared away before we even got there. Christian went above and beyond to detail my Infiniti to perfection! Joshua was such a fantastic salesman to work with. Their GM was the coolest and beyond hospitable. Owen took over in the end to get us signed, out the door, and on our way home in less than an hour! I got the Infiniti I wanted at a price I was extremely happy about, and the service we received far exceeded my expectations! More

I was in the market for an Audi A7, and happened across one at Fishers Imports. After a number of conversations with Owen (my sales associate) I decided it was worth getting a one way flight to Indianapoli one at Fishers Imports. After a number of conversations with Owen (my sales associate) I decided it was worth getting a one way flight to Indianapolis (from Michigan) to go buy the car. The positive was that the car was cosmetically as represented, however that’s where is all ended. I took the car for a short test drive, and noticed some creeping in the front suspension. I pulled into the local high school to turn around and that’s when I heard loud clunking in the suspension as you go over larger bumps. This is common in Audi with their front control arms, I’ve paid to have this fixed in the past and it’s not a quick 200-400 job. Long story short I found this flaw within about 10 minutes of driving, it was very obvious, I have it on video too. I shared this with the sales manager and Owen, and to my surprise, I was basically told too bad. I told them I’d be willing to buy the car, just discount the price of having the control arms addressed; that’s when I was told by the manager “we are not that kind of dealer”. So I walked (well flew home). So Fishers isn’t the type of dealer to work on price for an obvious flaw, but they are the type to lie to you to get you in the showroom. I would avoid them like the plague, as they wasted my time, and money and are obvious liars. More
