This is my second vehicle purchased from Josh Grasso and Trent GMC. I bought a Sierra from Josh in 2020 and still have that truck. I drive past four other dealerships and shop only at Trent. Josh makes the process so simple. He knows my time is very limited and handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for me, so we are not spending half a day in the dealership. I called Josh and told him I was looking for a very particular Buick Envista(color and model). Even though they did not have one on the lot Josh found one at another dealership and worked with the GM on getting it to Trent. Josh also helped coordinate getting a few extras we wanted on the vehicle. I can NOT say enough good things about Josh and Trent GMC. Even when I come back for oil changes in my truck everyone is super friendly, and they don't harass you about buying unnecessary products. Brent in finance was also great to work with. I will absolutely be back in December to buy another truck for my son when he turns 16. Last thing since I bought my truck in 2020 Josh has always sent us cards on special occasions and sent texts checking on us. Customer service and relationships are big things with me and that is why I will only shop at Trent. More
