Tanner Moya always takes care of us (Tim Faulkner/Gillian Porter)--he explains what's needed and why, works with us on planning/prioritizing services to avoid monstrous bills at once, is personable and takes Porter)--he explains what's needed and why, works with us on planning/prioritizing services to avoid monstrous bills at once, is personable and takes his time w/ us so we never feel rushed, and he is always available for questions/support. We've left other dealership service departments in the past feeling taken advantage of or leaving with less-than-optimal service...this has never been the case with Tanner. We appreciate you! We aren't sure whether Joshua Hansmeier worked on our vehicles, but if he did, yay! More

Horrible customer service. I called ahead and verified that the tint was covered on my vehicle. They said go ahead and come in there is also a warranty issue that we can fix at I called ahead and verified that the tint was covered on my vehicle. They said go ahead and come in there is also a warranty issue that we can fix at the same time. I live about two hours away but I figured if they could knock out both that would be fine. When I got to the dealership, the guy I was working with said OK let’s talk about money. I said there is nothing to talk about since the repair was under warranty as was tint. He then told me that the tint was not covered as I was not the original owner but had only bought the used car from dealership. I asked him if this was a bait and switch. He stated no, but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I would take my business elsewhere since I had driven four hours out of my way trusting that the guy I had spoken to about the tint was competent. The service manager then came out and told me that they would do me a solid and replace the tent on the rear and side windows. He did have me sign a waiver in case they ruined the defrost wires. That was lame but I signed it hoping to see better through the rear window. When I returned the rear window looked like total garbage and the side windows were not touched. They said because the tint was too old on the rear and because the windows on the front were scratched on the outside that that was the best they could do. So you got the money for the warranty but left my car in worse shape then when it came in. Crappy service and I won’t be buying my next Honda from you. More
