Bell Honda has the most polite and professional employees in the state. Originally, when I went in, I was greeted by Jon mueller. I Had received a phone call about possibly trading in my car for better payments or an upgrade when I came in and spoke to him about it. I was instantly told that my payments would be going up to about 900 and that was the best they could do. He then sent me on my way very cold and dry. I want to be clear that I understand. This is a business, but transparency is everything. The only reason I ended up staying there was because of Amber and her professionalism, but when it came to Jon it’s very apparent that he does not care about the Customer not only. Did he give me the runaround on the price, but he then pretended to call and make it seem that better. Credit wouldn’t make a difference on the monthly payment I have since came to Texas, and leased a car for my grandmother with her credit which was the one I was going to use at the time of my new lease To which he said would make no difference in my payment. zero down and is only paying 419. Compared to my 697 My biggest concern is that he was misleading, and not everything was disclose to me appropriately, which is why I will be noting on Google and every other site that I can to not do business with him. It actually felt somewhat discriminatory to know that he didn’t pay me any mind until I was with Amber and he backpedaled and tried to apologize for dismissing me just a while earlier. Not to mention that John Eagle Honda in Houston, Texas was able to make the same deal for less I explicitly mention to him that I had someone that could cosign for me so my rates could be better. He told me that would not happen. I want that to be noted to make sure that that is the case because if not, I definitely feel that is something to look into based on the fact that I always lied to. I have several other friends from Texas that are relocating that are also Honda owners. I am unfortunately with with no good conscious can recommend this dealership due to the unprofessionalism on his part. I mentioned coming back with a down payment later because I want a monthly payment to be Less wasn’t giving the opportunity to make that happen now I know that there’s so many other avenues that could’ve been used yet they were not given to me. I would like to highlight the one great thing about this dealership is Amber she is the only reason I was able to stand being there very informative very caring and understanding and really took the time to get to know what I wanted. I made an appointment to have my headlights replaced apparently through your AI receptionist and when I got there three days later, they did not have them in stock nor did they have them ordered. I have a loose rear view mirror I requested that it be tightened so it doesn't move when going over rough roads. I get my vehicle back and the paperwork states problem not found. I pointed it out to the service writer, he got a mechanic/supervisor from the back to look at it and immediately he stated it's not supposed to be loose like this. Why was the problem not found by the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Why do I have to waste my time coming back again for the same problem and hope I get a good mechanic this time. A loose mirror should be a simple fix. What's going to happen with more complicated repairs and do I want to put my trust in a dealership that can't fix a loose mirror. More
