Above and Beyond. My Fiancé and I went in on Sunday evening to look at a vehicle we found online. We were greeted by Joshua Jones who exceeded the ultimate car salesman My Fiancé and I went in on Sunday evening to look at a vehicle we found online. We were greeted by Joshua Jones who exceeded the ultimate car salesman by a long shot. He was very welcoming, understanding and easy to work with. We ended up having to come back the following Monday to finish the sale and had our 2 toddlers with us. Normally you would expect to feel as if you are bothering people with trying to work around your kids “schedules”, but not Joshua and the whole team at Ed Morse of Tampa. They had us in and out very quickly, made us feel welcome and most importantly tended to our specific needs and wants. If anyone is in the market for a cadillac I reccomend this dealship, and ASK for JOSHUA JONES. He will not disappoint, he makes you feel as if you’re buying a car from your life long friend. First Time Cadillac owner, it won't be my last! We received excellent service in the sales room from the time we got there until the time we left. We were met at the door by Christian Smith and introduced to Joshua Jones. They had the vehicle we were interested in pulled up to the building and ready for us to make a decision. We were greeted by all associates with a smile and a handshake. Joshua quickly prepared the paperwork then took all the time we needed with a hands on explanation of all of the features. The financial manager quickly handled all of the paperwork. While the paperwork was being completed, they had the vehicle detailed and fueled with a FULL tank of gas. I'm impressed.
