A lot of times I'm very hesitant on going to car lots because I don't want to deal with the sales tactics & harrassment progr Josh Lopez is awesome. A lot of times I'm very hesitant on going to car lots because I don't want to deal with the sales tactics & harrassment programs. However, this was not the case. I always hear the commercial on the radio about how 90% of the work can be done online.... didnt believe it. IT'S TRUE!! We submitted our info online; faxed/emailed him the backup and literally... Test Drive & signed. We told him what we wanted and the payment we could afford and when he called us back with some options we narrowed it down and chose a 2012 Dodge Journey (3rd Row seating). It had low mileage and was still under the factory warranty. Josh and his F&I team were great. They were Fast, courteous, and very professional. While still ensuring we were given all the proper options and information. Josh doesn't sell you nonsense. He's real and very practical. I have told all my friends about my experience and I'm not easy to impress. He is one to work with!! I recommend him and Driver Select to anyone. Thanks Josh... We LOVE our new SUV!! Driversselect is a great dealership who actually help the customer, I heard about driversselect while driving through Dallas about 6 mos. ago and went online to check out this dealership. I just purchased my second car at DS, and had another great experience. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable and made my purchase an awesome experience. I called and talked to Vance on Friday and did the loan application over the phone and when I arrived on Sat. Josh greeted me at the door and had my car ready for a test drive. I had my choices narrowed to two cars, drove them both and made my choice, no pressures from anyone. I was done and home by noon and Josh even followed my home so I would not have to leave my other automobile on their lot and come back for it. More
