All we had to do was come in test drive the car sign papers and pay. It was really that simple. He did exactly what he said he would do, he delivered. You get what you pay for We bought Infinity QX60 from sales guy named Josh Lopez. Even though we expressed clear desire to buy vehicle during our second visit, it took him for We bought Infinity QX60 from sales guy named Josh Lopez. Even though we expressed clear desire to buy vehicle during our second visit, it took him forever to finish the entire purchase process. Anytime we asked for anything to get done without significant delay his response was " We sell 80 vehicles over the weekend and I have lot of customer scheduled". When we got the delivery of the vehicle they had noticeable scratch on driver side rear view mirror. When we brought that into his attention, not once he showed any remorse for their mistake or said sorry for poor customer service. He delivered the vehicle with 1/4 full gas tank and his response was " He couldn't find Gas card because there are 39 other sales associate who could have this Gas card". Thanks to the scratch on rear view mirror and second key not working; I had to go back out there following Tuesday to get both above mentioned issues and that's when he finally filled up the tank. Only reason we bought vehicle from there because of the price. If you are looking for decent customer service; this may not be the place for you. Pros: Attractive pricing, detail information on cost breakdown on their website, Nice presentation of car on their website. Cons: Below average customer service, significantly slow process, Not enough knowledge of car features. More
