Key replacement I had to get a second key made for my car. It was a bit of a nightmare. The original dealership I purchased it from, a month ago. They were trying to I had to get a second key made for my car. It was a bit of a nightmare. The original dealership I purchased it from, a month ago. They were trying to get out of providing it for me. They finally told me to go to Ira, get a key made and they would reimburse me. Ira made everything very easy. The appointment was a breeze. Josh Marquis was super nice and helpful! He explained that a little annoyance with the stereo, would still be covered under warranty. I plan on bring my car now to Ira. Quick, great service, immaculate waiting area. Thanks!! More

Prevenitive maintenance Josh does a great job. I was in and out in the expected amount of time. Why do I have to have a minimum amount of words? If I take the time to fill th Josh does a great job. pleased with service Had an issue with a sensor light on dash not turning off when other service facilities tried to fix. Finally called the dealer.
