I'd go in for an oil change and get 3 followup emails and 2 phone calls. They've improved greatly since that time. Josh was great to work with. The emphasis was all on what I needed, not what they'd been told to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service center. More

A dealer would in my opinion go through EVERYTHING on the vehicle which they did! It's covered under warranty so I appreciate them being so thorough. Josh marquis my service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable and even talked to the dealer I bought the car from. Waiting area comfortable with great cars to look at. I do hear of these Lexus vehicles having leaking steering racks constantly even though there's no obvious signs which I find strange though. My last Lexus they told me the same thing but I kept the car another year and steering remained fine. is this a real issue or does Lexus have a lot of extra steering racks out back they want to sell?? More
