Excellent service! Years ago, when I first had service at Bedford Lexus, I was not impressed. Good service, but too much emphasis on sales. I'd go in for an oil change Years ago, when I first had service at Bedford Lexus, I was not impressed. Good service, but too much emphasis on sales. I'd go in for an oil change and get 3 followup emails and 2 phone calls. They've improved greatly since that time. Josh was great to work with. The emphasis was all on what I needed, not what they'd been told to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service center. More

Concierge Delivery is a must John, my pick-up/delivery driver was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. It's tough to give up your car for the day but he made it easy. Josh Marquis top notch helpful Brought in my recently purchased used Lexus from another dealer for a state inspection. A dealer would in my opinion go through EVERYTHING on the vehi Brought in my recently purchased used Lexus from another dealer for a state inspection. A dealer would in my opinion go through EVERYTHING on the vehicle which they did! It's covered under warranty so I appreciate them being so thorough. Josh marquis my service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable and even talked to the dealer I bought the car from. Waiting area comfortable with great cars to look at. I do hear of these Lexus vehicles having leaking steering racks constantly even though there's no obvious signs which I find strange though. My last Lexus they told me the same thing but I kept the car another year and steering remained fine. is this a real issue or does Lexus have a lot of extra steering racks out back they want to sell?? More

Key replacement I had to get a second key made for my car. It was a bit of a nightmare. The original dealership I purchased it from, a month ago. They were trying to I had to get a second key made for my car. It was a bit of a nightmare. The original dealership I purchased it from, a month ago. They were trying to get out of providing it for me. They finally told me to go to Ira, get a key made and they would reimburse me. Ira made everything very easy. The appointment was a breeze. Josh Marquis was super nice and helpful! He explained that a little annoyance with the stereo, would still be covered under warranty. I plan on bring my car now to Ira. Quick, great service, immaculate waiting area. Thanks!! More
