I went to purchase an 11,000 dollar car and somehow when I went to pay my first payment, the loan now says 16,000. I called and spoke with Josh about it last Friday and it is now Tuesday with no call back. I went to pay my first payment, the loan now says 16,000. I called and spoke with Josh about it last Friday and it is now Tuesday with no call back. I believe they scammed me with a warranty. That is all I can think of. I kept saying I don't understand, but all they kept saying was "it's built into the loan". I kept saying I don't understand. I certainly would have understood if the man would have said your loan is going from 11,000 to 16000. They took advantage of a 60 year old woman. Shame on them. I am contacting everyone I can--the BBB, the State Senator, the County Commissioner, and any other organization I can think of to report the taking advantage of a senior citizen. I will also be posting on all my social media that no one should buy a car from these thieves. More
