Not to be trusted. Pencil whipped my inspection. Greenlighted my rotors, brakes, fluids and filters later that day to a few days later. Brakes metal to metal. Rotors an Pencil whipped my inspection. Greenlighted my rotors, brakes, fluids and filters later that day to a few days later. Brakes metal to metal. Rotors and brakes shot. Filters dirty and near black. Low washer fluid light. Went back and forth between xxxx poor manager over Quick Lane, customer relations, and the management over at Elder Ford of Tampa for a few days. Went through multiple independent inspections and sent information over to Ford Customer Relations who informed me everything was being sent over to management. Management contacted me days later (9/19 inaccurate inspection, 9/30 management reached out indirectly offering free services to regain my trust which later was actually in exchange for 5 star rating) Technican did all that was promised under management watch however one tire was returned in rust I don’t know how possible unless rusted rotors were shaven down while tire on vehicle??? Idk but 1/4 are rusted and it wasn’t sent in that way. But hey I’m learning these guys do what they can so don’t expect any going above and beyond from techs they get paid by the hour and it shows. Management over Elder Ford of Tampa is left to deal with cleanup and basically will compensate for bad reviews BUT YOU MUST LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW Management at Quick Lane is uninformed xxxx poor bad communication skills no direction in handling customer complaints and COMPLETE LIARS Management at Elder Ford is decent they’re more honest and actually performs the work. But they’re rug sweepers you have an issue they’ll do all they can to buys bad reviews back in exchange for 5 stars. while I think anyone will appreciate free services I’m an honest man and free services in exchange for coached 5 star review would go against my morals and my duty to my community. They won’t take you back as a customer if you leave a bad review 😂 Once I submitted my updated review service manager over Elder Ford of Tampa contacted me upset that I left it at a 1 when initially it was a zero. So I did step it up but because they couldn’t get a 5 star rating he left me a voicemail stating they no longer want me as a customer and they don’t buy reviews but because I’m unhappy they don’t want me back as a customer. He also stated how they over compensated me for their partner shops lack of integrity and shops don’t do that although he offered it to me, I asked for refund and got it was satisfied. Management, the Service Manager, over compensated to attempt to pull the review but my integrity doesn’t have a price. Originally the over compensation was for regaining my trust as a customer. So now they didn’t get a 5 star review I’m not wanted back as a customer although I didn’t want to go back 😂 So I think we’ve proven the Service Manager is the sweeper and the Manager over Quick Lane is just a poor excuse for lack of integrity. Please go to any Ford but here. You don’t know what you’ll get. And now you all know bad reviews are bought I wouldn’t trust the 5 star reviews whatsoever. i wouldn’t trust “free services” their in exchange for coached 5 star reviews. If you guys ever want to personally hear the voicemails feel free to contact me 8135739884. And if you have any issues needing to get ahold of their corporate, their partners, or the governing agencies also feel free to contact me. Elder Ford’s lack of attention to detail and empathy for mistakes made for a frustrating experience. Communication could have been much better. When I returned my car, it had more issues than when I had it mistakes made for a frustrating experience. Communication could have been much better. When I returned my car, it had more issues than when I had it repaired. I had to take it back again, costing me an additional $1000 on top of the initial $2600 repair. I recently reached out to the service provider about another issue, but I didn’t receive a response. This lack of communication further compounded my frustration. Additionally, they didn’t provide loaners, forcing me to pay an extra $500 while they worked on the second repair. When I returned my car, it was missing freon. The representative suggested a leak or that I had used it all. However, I could not have done that within a week of the initial repair. It turned out they had forgotten to add freon, which could have blown my engine. There was no apology for this oversight, which likely contributed to the subsequent issues. Unable to drive the car, I had to get it towed because the engine was nearly blown. I believe the lack of thoroughness in checking for all necessary components and the rushed nature of their work during the initial repair led to the problems that arose again. Initially, I was quoted a 3-day minimum, but they called me back the next day to pick up the car. As a result, I was driving with no freon in the car for a week. More
