The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. I haven’t owned an American car in over 30 years until this car and it will be my last. Quality just isn’t there. Level of service lacks as well. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. It was that simple. More

The technician assured me that the air conditioning was working. During recent heat wave we found that the ac was not working. This was the second te I have brought on my car for this issue. I typically have gone in for the works oil change, including an overall check-up on my car. The prices have gone up considerably with new ownership, and even credit card use fees are now passed along including an overall check-up on my car. The prices have gone up considerably with new ownership, and even credit card use fees are now passed along the customer. There is no upside to changing your oil at the dealer anymore -- either for price or add on services-- when compared to third parties. Completed oil change, and technical issues with the notification system resulting in my waiting for an hour extra for the car -- even though it was finished. No one came to find me in the waiting area while the technical glitches were resolved. More
