There was one and only thing that surprised me, the price on one basic service that is optional for the diesel engine this time of year. The price was shocking on removing and replacing the fuel filter. That is not the additional service I chose to do. In the commercial world, commercial filter (part) is fairly cheap and I am very well aware of the prices. I think they have to work on breaking down the costs for the customers to make it bit more customer friendly. Book hours and realistic hours matter when it comes to running successful business long term. Next time I'm sure it will be 5 start review. Overall, wonderful dealership, friendly employees, very clean inside and out dealership, keep up doing a great job. Thank you. More
