Dealership service department is stellar. However. FoMoCo - not so much. Unfortunate that Ford would send out a vehicle that’s seriously less than ready for prime time. Purchased in May, now However. Had the car for 10 days to fix a rattle in the door and driver side window would not stay up when you hit the button comes right back down had just bought the vehicle was supposed to be certified pre owned driver side window would not stay up when you hit the button comes right back down had just bought the vehicle was supposed to be certified pre owned and had recall and no back wiper Just get it back and the window still not fixed and was told if we couldn’t give him 5 rating don’t fill it out this rating form. I am so disgusted with these guys. More
