This is my second vehicle purchase from Metro Ford. I was very pleased both times with the lack of xx (or 'B.S.') and no hidden fees that could drive up the cost. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by many of the staff and asked if I needed any help, but they were not pushy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and asked if they had a problem with me stopping by my mechanic's shop for an inspection of the vehicle. They had no problems with it, and all went well at the shop. When I sat down with my salesman, he presented me with the price I expected from their website and a document fee. I was happy with this and purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I came back for a second vehicle purchase. More
