They will sell you a vehicle that will break down after their service department touches it for an oil change. They will sell you a bad car and have no remorse. I bought a 150k vehicle and had a manufacturing failure with decals when the vehicle was brand new. The GM was supposed to set up something to have it fixed or all least pay for half of the repairs. Not even a follow up phone call to say they were going to or not going to g to do anything for repairs. I have bought 2 high dollar vehicles through this dealership. It will be the last time!! More

This is my second vehicle purchase from Metro Ford. I was very pleased both times with the lack of xx (or 'B.S.') and no hidden fees that could drive up the cost. I contacted them online, and they were very prompt in contacting me and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by many of the staff and asked if I needed any help, but they were not pushy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and asked if they had a problem with me stopping by my mechanic's shop for an inspection of the vehicle. They had no problems with it, and all went well at the shop. When I sat down with my salesman, he presented me with the price I expected from their website and a document fee. I was happy with this and purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I came back for a second vehicle purchase. More

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership. The experience was terrible. The finance representative was A COOL SLICK dishonest guy and attempted to charge me $3,000 for issues that dealership. The experience was terrible. The finance representative was A COOL SLICK dishonest guy and attempted to charge me $3,000 for issues that did not exist and his puppet service advisor is no better. They fabricated problems with my vehicle, which I later confirmed by getting a second opinion. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this location, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. More

Sold us a lemon. They came to pick it up a few days after we drove it home to work on issues we discovered driving it home off the lot. They've had the vehicle over 40 days and issue an estimate of over $17k for repairs on a vehicle that was supposedly cleared after inspection and labeled as "runs great" and "family ready." The vehicle itself is barely worth $19K. On top of that, they absolutely love avoiding communication with "customers." Avoid this place like the plague! More
