Overall service was good but I was there around 8:30 and it seemed a little unorganized. I got taken care of quickly but there was a line behind me about 5 or 6 people deep. The service on the vehicle was quick but I had to ask to get checked out after the vehicle was parked and ready to go. Noticed a black mark like grease on floor after I got home. Good thing I put a towel down before I came in. I’d rather have grease on a 5 dollar towel than on my carpet. But yeah overall service was good and staff was trying hard to smooth it out after maybe a little rough start to the day. Thank you and I will return. More

I made an appointment to get my front and rear differential fluid exchanged and an oil change. My truck was making some noises in the rear when turning and thought that would be a good start. When I arrived first thing in the morning, first in line. My assigned service rep was not at work and apparently the system lost my appointment details. When another rep took me they had to start a new appointment request. He was very dismissive due to me not being originally assigned to him. Took about two and a half hours, which was close to expected. I did not get a comprehensive review nor any notes. They did not mention anything about my noise concerns. since then the noise persisted and I had to take it to another shop to find out my axle needs torn down to check bearings which was most likely the cause of the noise. It was very apparent there was a lack of care given to the customer which was very irritating. Not going back. More

New service manager thinks it’s more important to Bill for everything possible on a fleet vehicle then to completely fix what was wrong when it was brought in. I still have a radiator leak from a job that was not completed properly now I have to take time to bring it back into your store. More
