I was extremely disappointed in my visit on 5/1. I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were blocked and no one was moving cars. I parked outside and went in the check in. I informed them that I was waiting for my truck and was informed it would be an hour to an hour and a half. 7 minutes into my appointment is get a text saying that the initial inspection was completed but that my vehicle was not ready yet. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally 2 hours later I go to the service desk and ask what is going on. Another advisor (mine was out to lunch) told me that the inspection was done and that they have ordered the part. I was confused as I was there to have this fixed then and no one ever mentioned ordering anything. The advisor kind of blew it off and then went to figure out where my keys were. 10 minutes later her brings my truck through the front (because the intake area is still filled with cars) and hands me the keys and says that my advisor will call me to set up my next appointment. I left an called back later to speak with the manager. He was nothing there either and I was told a message was left for him to call me. It has now been 24 hours since I left the store and neither my advisor nor the manager has called me. If I do not hear something by Monday im going to start calling the General manager until someone answers me. More

Ive used jeep dealerships for my maintenance for the past 4 years. This location is by far the worst in terms of service ive experienced. 1. Pulled into the drop off lane for my 130 appointmentappointmen 4 years. This location is by far the worst in terms of service ive experienced. 1. Pulled into the drop off lane for my 130 appointmentappointment. Multiple cars in the lanes. All cars empty, one with the door wide open and no service reps in sight. Parked and went in, not a single car in the service area. Not sure why I had to park outside when the inside area was empty. Acknowledgement from the service member was almost nonexistent. Poor form for a service based business. All I asked for was an oil change. 2. Told I would be recieving texts with updates. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I texted the number asking if my car was ready. At 4 I recieved a text back with almost 2 thousand dollars of recommended services. I understand up selling, not a big deal. I declined everything except the tire rotation, balance and alignment. 515 I show up to get the truck. Not ready. 525. I see them pull off from the dealership and dont return for over 25 minutes. I can see doing a quick test drive around the block to ensure its handling correctly but 25 minutes seems excessive. 3. Ive never once in 25+ years of driving been charged by a dealer for gloves, eye protection, or cloth rags. That in itself is crazy. 4. At 555 I finally got my truck. 5 minutes before close. They didnt have the courtesy to reset the oil life percentage. I will find another place for any jeeps service needed and give a negative review for anyone who asks for a place to go. More
