Tge initial staff displayed an indifferent and unwelcoming attitude when I first arrived, like they were doing me a favor instead of showing appreciation for my custom..The oil change service and unwelcoming attitude when I first arrived, like they were doing me a favor instead of showing appreciation for my custom..The oil change service and state inspection took an inordinate amount of time of about 3.5 hours compared to that of my regular Southern Ford dealership, which takes less than 2. I didn't go to this time only because of their previous online booking issues, which is now fixed. I'm a retired mechanic, and I know how long this should take. I was also not given clear information on which side engine mount was found defective to prevent passing inspection either because after being told it was on the right side, there wasn't clarification whether the technician was viewing it from the driver seat or vehicle front as the right side looking from inside the cabin doesn't appear broken when I tested it at home, just as he had in the shop. I expected much better from a Southern dealership, and I don't, plan on using this particular Chrysler dealership again. More

Trying to contact someone to actually talk to was next to impossible. All numbers go to an automated system and trying to transfer to the department were unsuccessful. Left 2 messages in Monday, online conta impossible. All numbers go to an automated system and trying to transfer to the department were unsuccessful. Left 2 messages in Monday, online contact form on Tuesday, but no return call or contact. Had to go to the dealer to talk to someone. Went in for service 2 days later and they said there was no problem. Reset the code and sent me in my way. Code returned in the morning. Had to go back in and they replaced the part they said was ok the day prior. All in all the staff were ok to deal with but I think the dealership as a whole needs some improvements in customer service. More

I was extremely disappointed in my visit on 5/1. I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were blocked and no one was moving cars. I parked outside and went in the check in. I informed them that I was waiting for my truck and was informed it would be an hour to an hour and a half. 7 minutes into my appointment is get a text saying that the initial inspection was completed but that my vehicle was not ready yet. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally 2 hours later I go to the service desk and ask what is going on. Another advisor (mine was out to lunch) told me that the inspection was done and that they have ordered the part. I was confused as I was there to have this fixed then and no one ever mentioned ordering anything. The advisor kind of blew it off and then went to figure out where my keys were. 10 minutes later her brings my truck through the front (because the intake area is still filled with cars) and hands me the keys and says that my advisor will call me to set up my next appointment. I left an called back later to speak with the manager. He was nothing there either and I was told a message was left for him to call me. It has now been 24 hours since I left the store and neither my advisor nor the manager has called me. If I do not hear something by Monday im going to start calling the General manager until someone answers me. More
