Absolute unorganized chaos. Not sure who Justin is, Jose is the guy who helped me. Never offered Uber credit like in the past. I booked 10:30 am appointment 2 weeks ago and it took 5 hours for an oil change. Told me I needed new roters, but never offered the service or even quoted a price. When asked, Jose said I would get an email with the quotes. Terrible service. I had a manager call me after my oil change last year because of poor service, then this. I will never visit any Findlay dealership again for any reason. More

I struggled to get updates for the 3 days my car was there, which was very frustrating. My calls and texts were not being returned. However, since the service fee was waived, it took the sting out of th there, which was very frustrating. My calls and texts were not being returned. I arrived at 8:30 am without out an appointment, but my dead battery was replaced and I was on my way in less than 90 minutes.
