After years of hit-or-miss service experiences in Vegas, I came in pretty skeptical. Brought my EV6 GT into Findlay Kia for a wheel stud repair and had real anxiety about how it’d be handled. Jose (service advisor) was outstanding—great communication, kept me updated in real time, and genuinely cared. I also had the chance to meet Alex, the tech, who was just as professional and detail-oriented. It took an extra day and a bit more than expected, but the level of care and transparency was exactly what I’d expect from a high-end brand. Five stars—these folks get it. More

The only reason why I will return to Kia Service Center is for Jose. He made our experience easy and pleasant. He is honest, professional, and has a positive attitude.
