Not trustable any more. My car has noise since Nov.2025 right after rotated tire and got wheel aligtment according to the adviser, Joshua recommendation and I asked to check My car has noise since Nov.2025 right after rotated tire and got wheel aligtment according to the adviser, Joshua recommendation and I asked to check when I visited to KiA on end of dec. 2025 to early Jan.2026 even paying for the rental car on my own around $340.00 but didn't give me the answer about the noise. So I made an other appointment after that and Joshua told me I can borrow the car from kia that is why I asked until yesterday so that Joshua could ready for a car for me. But when I visited kia yesterday he charged me for a car $45.00 per day and diagnosi fee over $240something. Why should I paid all that money as the noise was issued from nov.2025 right after the works and I requested to check the noise on early Jan.2026 when the break pads replaced again within 6month. More

Wait is extremely long even with an appointment. Wish they had something to watch on the tv in waiting area vs just a slideshow of ads. Complementary coffee and water was great.
