Made appointment 3 wks ahead for my RV, brought the vehicle at least a week before appointment and still late to look at it. Gave explicit written instructions as well as at least three separate phone vehicle at least a week before appointment and still late to look at it. Gave explicit written instructions as well as at least three separate phone calls to review and confirm scope of work . . . and still they did not do the work that I requested. They did not even put the motor cover back on after their "check" was completed (had removed it prior to bringing it in) Very expensive for very little actual work performed. More
