Auto park has always been a great dealership for me, staff is always professional, the techs know what they're doing, just had a roush supercharger installed by them on my 2020 f150 on 11/30/2021 so if staff is always professional, the techs know what they're doing, just had a roush supercharger installed by them on my 2020 f150 on 11/30/2021 so if you're looking to upgrade your ride they can do it, they are my go to for service, sales and the like, I highly recommend! More

I took my vehicle in to get my rear doors looked at, and a couple rear running lights looked at. I was told when the vehicle was in that the rear lights were working, even as I asked them to relook into the a couple rear running lights looked at. I was told when the vehicle was in that the rear lights were working, even as I asked them to relook into them because I didn’t have them when I took it in. They assured me they worked, only for me to find the next evening they weren’t working. They tore my rear panel off my door without my go ahead to tell me that it was unfixable. I was then called and told it would be $1,100 to fix the door. When I explained that I wouldn’t be able to afford that at this time, they put the panel back on and charged me for the time. They claimed to have fixed a front running light and charged me for it, yet it still doesn’t work. It’s sounding like it might be an electrical issue, but they didn’t want to look into it. So in short, I took my vehicle in and had absolutely nothing fixed and paid $180+… I will never return More

Our experience with this dealership was above and beyond. The service we got from the beginning to the end was the best that we could’ve expected and we would recommend this dealership to all our friends. They really took care of us when our Ford truck computer broke down as we were pulling our fifth wheel to Shipshewana RV Park. From the receptionist to the service manager Rick and the mechanic they were very very good. The technician Ernie that came to our house to replace the PCM was very very good also. I highly recommend Auto Park Ford to anyone! More
