I have over the years purchased many causes from different dealerships. Almost all of our cause have always been Audis Volkswagens or Porsches. About eight years ago I purchased a home in Naples F different dealerships. Almost all of our cause have always been Audis Volkswagens or Porsches. About eight years ago I purchased a home in Naples Florida. And had no specific relationship with any dealer in Naples. I went and stopped in at the Naples Volkswagen dealership. I was met by a young man Jay Chavez. I don't have enough good words for Jay. He was pleasant went overboard in any way to help me try to make this deal. I was training in another vehicle he and his manager Mickey also did everything they can to give me the best deal on the trade which they did. Jay went even more out-of-the-way to go to my home to pick up the trade from our house and then do everything possible to make the purchase and transition seamless. Before I came back to Florida and pick up the new car I wanted it wrapped, J took care of getting the vehicle to the shop for me. He had great knowledge of the products VW was offering and with no pressure simply answered our questions and gave us time to make up our mi focused.
