Jovani is also super responsive, worked with me on price, made my wife and son very comfortable when we came in to actually buy the car, and has followed up since our purchase to confirm things are going OK. I truly enjoyed working with Jovani - I never felt I was being pushed, but I felt I was being heard. And some of the initial questions he asked me actually helped me to focus on the attributes that I really valued in a car. More
