Walter Shelton was introduced to us as a Q7 expert After considering several brands of upscale SUVs, we settled on a 2018 Q7 from Audi of Charlotte. Walter Shelton was introduced to us as a Q7 expert during our initial visit and he did not disappoint. Walter put up with our multiple test drives, questions about the features of the 2018 Q7, and introduced us to all the bells and whistles the Q7 possesses. While the preference was for us to choose a vehicle already on the lot, Walter worked with us to have one built for us with the features and attributes we desired and kept us informed during the production and importation process. Purchasing a new vehicle is typically a stressful experience for me but Walter Shelton and Peppi Bonocore made the process relaxing, informative, and seamless with no pressure at all. Kyle Andes was also very helpful offering his assistance on the technical front as the Q7 is packed with high tech electronics that often requires a helping hand to build competency. Purchased so many Audis from Atlanta and serviced with them and actually I was not displeased with their service department despite snake attitude but much more attentive and less arrogant! Gosh they will need light years to be where Hedrick BMW or MB of South Charlotte is as those guys treat you like royalty! A d they do take care if you everytime all the time! Walter really hate coming back to this dealership and probably won't come again till I see him retired! He's really ignorant about the car's and tries to educate clients who know 10 times more about their own cars with an unpredicted attitude! I've said it and hope this teaches you guys a lesson or two! Gosh what a terrible experience leaving me with a galling taste in my gut and mouth for a while! What an idiot trying to educate me on sports cars saying "If you know anything about engines" and also lecturing me about how it's such a bad idea trying to Rev the engine cold and all I wanted to do was listen to the exhaust note and I was really there to buy that car from them but they lost my business because of him acting like a haughty clown! I always put 5/5 reviews for every dekaerhsio but he's really managed to. Alex me do the stupid thing I'm doing now which might ruin my day too because as much as I hated the experience being there around him and his smirk on his face teaching me a lesson about sports cars!
