The A5 has amazing new technology, I worked with Kyle to navigate the new system and learn how to use it. He offered a "second delivery" anytime I needed it. I visited the Audi of Charlotte dealership since I had a great experience in 2010 and am partial to the Audi. I was introduced to Walter Shelton who quickly figured out what I was looking for, budget and frankly how I wanted to be handled. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Q7 which is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Walter was extremely knowledgeable and handled all of the details. Oddly, the buying experience ended up being a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I got a car with a Defect in a tire, no support from dealer. I bought this car because of the price, however, I noticed there was no real discount at all, it was a pre owned car, however, other Audi dealers sell I bought this car because of the price, however, I noticed there was no real discount at all, it was a pre owned car, however, other Audi dealers sell this vehicle brand new for extra 500 dollars, in overall there was not a real reason to buy the car at Audi of Charlotte. I did not get any real benefit from the dealer, no discounts, no any extras, no benefit. I bought this car because I like it, and that's it. The sales person was really friendly, no complaints, however, I did not get any other suggestions or more options. He was limited to complete the purchase process (transaction). Major problem came when I noticed a tire defect, no support from the dealer even when the car has a factory defect, Dealer recommended to buy a new tire at another place, they did not even check the tire for a possible factory issue. I will not recommend this dealer or Audi, in fact, I'm encouraging my friends and family to think twice before buying it. One of my friend who was actually decided for the A4 decided to buy Mercedez after let him know about my bad experience and lack of support. More
