Purchase Review Was unfortunate enough to quickly (within 3 months) have to return & purchase another new vehicle following an accident where the first was "totaled". Walter Shelton I was in the market for a 2016 S 6. None to be found with my specs other than Audi of Charlotte. I lived in Palm Beach Florida. I had a 2015 jaguar t I was in the market for a 2016 S 6. None to be found with my specs other than Audi of Charlotte. I lived in Palm Beach Florida. I had a 2015 jaguar to trade. Walter and I went back and forth until we mutually agreed to a deal. Logistically we had to work 800 miles apart. It all worked out beautifully and Walter was perfect for our transaction. Horrible experience at Audi of Charlotte Absolutely appalled at the customer service. This was my first time ever at an Audi dealership in hope to see what they had to offer. Once I found a c Absolutely appalled at the customer service. This was my first time ever at an Audi dealership in hope to see what they had to offer. Once I found a car I was interested in we went on a test drive. When it came down to the numbers that's when it all fell apart. Salesman was insulting and degrading. The topper to the day was not that we drove 3.5 hours to get there it was the 3.5 hour drive back when we got home we noticed that the salesman took my wife's keys to her car instead of mine while he's was "appraising my car". I will never NEVER recommend buying and Audi EVER to anyone I know. Plus their Maintaince Program is terrible. I will keep my business at BMW from now on. More
