I have had a couple of small things wrong with the last two pickup, that I was told they would take care of. I got back to MIdland and sent them the estimates to have the problems fixed. Everyone involved had a great attitude and not once did I feel pressured about anything. My situation consisted of a trade-in and traveling over 315 miles. Several factors came into play in my decision to conduct business so far from home. First thing was the price of the vehicle! My wife and I searched the all over Texas for the best deals and VAG had the best price. But not only did they have the lowest price they were able to give me a trade-in value (very reasonable) for my vehicle before I made the trip. We discussed in detail the condition of my trade and I sent several pictures to them pointing out any flaws. Business from sales was very professional.
