GREAT PLACE TO BUY A TRUCK! VERY FRIENDLY, Jr did a great job. We purchased sight unseen and they did the trade with an appraial sheet and pictures. The entire transaction was perfect. I made contact with Jr. Calvillo and let him know what options I wanted on my F-250. I already knew that the truck I wanted was not available and needed to be ordered. I placed the order with Jr. and he kept me informed of the status of truck as it was being built. The transaction could not have been smoother when I accepted delivery of the truck. Jr. communicated with me throughout the process, answered any of my questions and did not try any high pressure sales tactics. He was professional, courteous and thorough. I tried to find local dealers that would match the Vernon Ford Offer, and they all turned me away and said if i can get the truck for that price, then i should run, not walk. I went to James Dillard who has sold me my last 9 new vehicles, He didn't have a vehicle in the Ford or Chrysler products that my wife wanted. I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Vernon Auto in Vernon Texas in May of this year. I had a very specific list of options I wanted and Vernon had one that I wanted. Being pretty car savvy I had alot Vernon Texas in May of this year. I had a very specific list of options I wanted and Vernon had one that I wanted. Being pretty car savvy I had alot of questions so via email I contacted JR Cavillo at Vernon and we started corresponding by email. We swapped at least 100 emails and also conversed on the phone a few times. When I was convinced that JR and Vernon was a place I wanted to do business I went to the dealership to seal a deal. I was greeted at the door and asked who I had come to see and then taken to meet JR. He took the wife and I to see the Grand Cherokee and explained all the features and options very well. We took the Jeep for a drive and were sold. We went back to the dealership and settled on price and since I had already submitted a credit report we were taken to the finance department where we met Ashley Hernandez. She was very well versed on the finance end of things and took care of us both with professionalism and courtesy. In closing, I would highly recommend Vernon Auto Group and I have already done so to some of my friends that are looking to purchase. More
