Sells faulty cars I bought a car and less than a day later my check engine light comes on so I take it down to service for them to check it out. They said nothing was w I bought a car and less than a day later my check engine light comes on so I take it down to service for them to check it out. They said nothing was wrong and sent me back. Again the next day it comes on again so once again I take it down there, they kept it overnight to check it out then said it was a small problem and they would order the part for it. A week later I called and asked about it and they said they lost my paperwork and would call me back. Never called me back. So again in a week I called again and they said once again “we are sorry miss we will call you back in 20 mins” never called me back. The next day I called again demanding to speak to a manager about it and he said the guy that was helping me quit and they never ordered my part but he would in that moment. I was livid because I bought this car in hopes that I would have a good trust worthy car. Even got a warranty for a reason and they decide to push me to the side and help me whenever they feel like it. So the manager told me he would call me back Friday and it’s not Saturday and I’ve received nothing. Next step I’m taking is cooperate. Don’t buy a car from this company, they are a scam, also while in the service center I could hear the employees laughing and talking about a customer right next to me! Talking about how they are gonna “make sure her warranty doesn’t pay for the issues and how they don’t want to help her because of her voice” etc. horrible horrible service and I’m telling everyone I know to not go to this location or better yet any lithia in the area because they are all trash. Fix my xxxxxxx car like your supposed to. More
