I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica from Arrigo CDJR West Palm Beach in July 29 2026. I purchased the vehicle as NEW and knew it had approximately 3,176 mile a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica from Arrigo CDJR West Palm Beach in July 29 2026. I purchased the vehicle as NEW and knew it had approximately 3,176 miles. I accepted the mileage. What I was NOT informed of before signing was that the vehicle had previously been used as a CTU/former loaner and that its factory warranty had already started months before my purchase. After repeatedly asking Arrigo to show me where I signed acknowledging the vehicle's CTU/former-loaner status, the General Manager confirmed to me in writing that there is no separate document I signed specifically acknowledging the CTU purchase. Instead, the dealership now claims its employees verbally told me. I strongly dispute that. This is especially concerning because Florida law specifically addresses written notice to a purchaser when a demonstrator is sold as a new motor vehicle. Yet Arrigo has confirmed that it does not have a separate document signed by me acknowledging the CTU purchase. The dealership also claims I received an additional $4,992 discount, but I have not been shown documentation identifying that amount to me before purchase as a specific CTU/former-loaner discount. A vehicle being sold below MSRP does not by itself tell a customer that it was previously a loaner. Arrigo initially acknowledged in writing that there appeared to have been a "miscommunication” and offered additional warranty coverage. I requested an exchange because I would not have made the same purchasing decision had I known the vehicle's prior use and warranty status. Instead, I have been offered the opportunity to trade the vehicle. I do not believe I should have to absorb depreciation, negative equity, or additional financial loss to resolve this situation. I tried repeatedly to resolve this directly before posting this review. Based on my experience, my advice is simple: DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I would not purchase another vehicle from them, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here think twice and get absolutely everything in writing before signing. More
