Great experience! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door. I went in expecting this to be a headache as I am not a big negotiator but I was pleasantly sur I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door. I went in expecting this to be a headache as I am not a big negotiator but I was pleasantly surprised by how honest and straightforward the staff was. Randy got me a good deal on the car I wanted. I went in with a pre-approved car loan with a modest APR and Juan assured me that he could get me a better rate, which he did. The paperwork was easy and there were no surprises. Could not be happier with the car. Would definetely recommend Grieco Honda and will pay them a visit when it’s time to purchase a new car. More

Job Well Done!!! I just recently moved to Rhode Island and needed a new car. I had done my research and I had my eyes set on Honda Civic. I had just stopped by at Grei I just recently moved to Rhode Island and needed a new car. I had done my research and I had my eyes set on Honda Civic. I had just stopped by at Greico Honda to get some information about the price options and to take a test drive. Greico Honda in Johnston had great customer service and really helped me enjoy my experience and ultimately feel like i scored with an amazing deal. I was helped by Kiplin Jr. who is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I was offered an amazing deal that is very hard to let it go. I signed the deal and walked away with a Honda Civic that I always wanted. At the time of delivery, Kiplin Jr. explained me all the features thoroughly and answer any and every question I had. Overall, it was a great experience, I'm satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Great Job!!! More

Ask for Randy I was skeptical about this place after reading some of the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience at Grieco Honda. I worked with Randy w I was skeptical about this place after reading some of the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience at Grieco Honda. I worked with Randy who is very genuine and down to earth. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process and I was able to drive my new car off the lot after a couple visits. At the end of the day, Grieco as a company is still a large corporate dealership. Anyone planning a visit should still take precautions to avoid being taken advantage of and be prepared to walk away, same as you would anywhere else. I won’t deduct any stars because literally every dealership is like that. That being said, Randy put those fears aside with his genuine honesty and continues to go the extra mile to keep my business. My only real criticism of the dealership is that they are understaffed for their size and don’t have the manpower to get all of their customers serviced in a timely manner. I would not recommend Grieco if you are on a tight schedule. Hopefully they’ll hire some extra hands in the future. Otherwise, I had a positive experience, and I plan to be a returning customer. Ask for Randy Torres to get the best and safest service. More
