So after 21 days, going on 22, my car is yet to be registered by Grieco Honda! I cannot drive my car now and have had to postpone work for the second day in a row. I reached out to my salesman and they said it is still being processed by the DMV. I've had many cars registered in just 1 day but clearly that is an issue with Grieco Honda! I would like to update my recommendation to do not use Grieco Honda, they promised me a full tank of gas upon pick up... did not happen. They promised me that my car would be registered in 20 days, it did not happen! They had me come in on multiple occasions to handle paperwork instead of doing it all in one day. I came in to sign the title, then a week later come in to do a vin check, and now a week later still no registration. I also had a camera issue, they had me drop it off, they kept it all day and I finally picked it up end of the day and my camera wasn't fixed. They made me come in the next day and I waited almost 3 hours to later be told that it was a simple reset of the system and I was all set. Not very professional in my opinion and a waste of my time.(If you are counting that is 3 workday's I didn't have my car) Finally, I was promised a 2nd set of keys and I still do not have them, if something happens to the 1 set I have (battery dies or something) then I am out of luck. After you buy a car from Grieco Honda they no longer seem to care about your experience, they are only after their sales!!!

I would like to add at this point it is not Phil the salesman who has ruined my experience with buying a car but the rest of the staff who has not followed through with their responsibilities. The salesman does not register the vehicle, they do not work on the service department to fix cars. Phil the salesman has done his job it is the rest of Grieco Honda that has not!!!
