Hannah and Juan have turned the service department into a joke. I can no longer bring in my “customer-supplied” parts. Not even for an oil change. I have my oil changed once a month on my Ram because I travel frequently for work, meaning I see the service department much more than most customers. This visit was an absolute joke because of how unprofessional Hannah was about their “change of policy”. She told me that she reason they no longer use customer-supplied parts is because “the dealership doesn’t make any money that way”. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership again, in any capacity, until the service manager Juan and service writer Hannah have been replaced. More
