I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Brightdrop 400 electric commercial van from Blade Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the dealership and its top salesman, Kevin commercial van from Blade Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the dealership and its top salesman, Kevin Sampson, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Kevin secured the best price for my van and arranged for its delivery from Mount Vernon, Washington to Portland, Oregon. He took the time to confirm the van's specifications by creating detailed videos and photos of the features my business needed. We worked out the deal over the phone and email, making the four-hour drive to the dealership smooth and stress-free. Kevin is an exceptional individual who genuinely cares about his customers. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and extended the same courtesy to my wife, boys, and dogs while I signed the paperwork. The entire buying experience was simplified and quick, thanks to Kevin's dedication and professionalism. I would gladly make the 250-mile journey and drive four hours to buy another vehicle from Blade Chevrolet. Kevin Sampson and the team at Blade Chevrolet have earned my highest recommendation. More

As a lesbian couple buying a car can feel a bit nerve wracking. But we found the dealership very welcoming and both Kevin and David were really helpful, respectful, and fun. They worked very hard to find wracking. But we found the dealership very welcoming and both Kevin and David were really helpful, respectful, and fun. Hello to everyone, Part 2 of 2 Disclaimer: I am a former United States Army Calvary Scout veteran, current Gas Turbine inspector with Boeing Company, and a United States Air Force reservist Staff ser former United States Army Calvary Scout veteran, current Gas Turbine inspector with Boeing Company, and a United States Air Force reservist Staff sergeant as a Propulsion Technician. I have a bachelor's degree in major world religions and an associate's degree in business administration. I am not your average person who makes posts because I had a terrible deal. I am posting this because I care for our citizens and want and wish everyone the best. Where to begin: On 12/02/2024, a salesman named David introduced me to a 2017 Ford Super Duty F-350 Lariat Crew Cab 8" Bed 4WD SRW (VIN# 1FT8W3BT1HEC02337) with 171,850 miles = 35,900(price tag) + 3,248.70(fees and registration = $39,215.95). We discussed price and financing options and agreed to meet at the dealership (1100 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, WA 98273) at 8 am on 12/03/2024. Problem number eight: The salesman and the manager did not even have the shame of keeping their mouths shut about the truck's condition. Instead, the salesman said, "Here are the car faxes, and it is a clean and well-taken care of truck." I replied, "No, it is not clean nor well-taken care of. Just look at all the findings we listed and the truck." Soon after, the manager said, "The truck is excellent. It was one of our friend's trucks, and we know it was well taken care of as one owner owned it and is a locate resident." I was just done with the lies and sale catchphrases. Problem number nine: The 2017 Ford Super Duty F-350 Lariat Crew Cab 8' Bed 4WD SRW (VIN# 1FT8W3BT1HEC02337) with 171,850miles= 35,900(price tag) looking at the damages on the left side of this truck we can see the story of the dealership taking in a damaged vehicle that was not reported to the insurance for which the title of the vehicle remains untouched in other words the title is not considered salvaged or branded because the insurance was unable to look at the damages. Once again, blade Chevrolet, Inc. has displayed dishonest and misleading practices. Here is a quick definition of salvage and branding titles: a vehicle bearing a salvage title is wrecked, illegal, or most likely impossible to drive. In contrast, a branded title notes that a vehicle has been subject to damage (Investopedia, 2024). Problem number 10: After confronting the manager for dishonest and misleading practices, he said, "The vehicle just came to our shop a few days ago, and we have not been able to get a full inspection on the truck." After hearing this statement, I was more blown away and upset because of how it is possible that someone would post a full tag price on a vehicle that is falling apart and still demand the full price even after someone did the inspection for them. Blade Chevrolet, Inc.'s leadership does not care about giving the public fair prices or fair working vehicles. Instead, they give the public the bare minimum and steal your hard-earned money simply because they provide the convince through their location for anyone to stop in by. Therefore, they take advantage of the poor people who walk in without mechanical knowledge because they have the opportunity to have a car lot and sell terrible vehicles. I highly recommend avoiding this place and spending your money somewhere else. More
