Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the sales and financing process I experienced at your dealership. I was informed that I had to accept an 84-month financing pl disappointment with the sales and financing process I experienced at your dealership. I was informed that I had to accept an 84-month financing plan at 0% interest, as no other options were allegedly available at that time. Based on that information, I proceeded with the purchase. However, the very next day I received an email offering a 60-month financing plan at 0% interest with a down payment. This made it clear that the information provided to me during the purchase was incomplete or inaccurate, which left me feeling misled. I have always been a loyal Ford customer—this is my third Ford Explorer—and I truly appreciate the brand. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and has significantly affected my confidence in the sales process. Because of this situation, I honestly feel that it may be time to close this cycle. My salesman Jeremy followed through to make certain that my service appointment was scheduled, gave me a very nice loaner car, and the appointment was completed in less than a half day. This was all completed before I could get an appointment at Randall Reed in Spring, TX. They wanted me to wait approximately a week for the holidays, which understand. Just saying, I will be purchasing my vehicles from Humble from now on no matter where I go because of his dedication and the entire team to include service. Thank you Jeremy!
