Although I experienced a small hiccup with one of the running boards, he took ownership of the issue and made it right. He corrected the problem as quickly as possible and even went above and beyond by providing us with the rear WeatherTech cargo mat at no charge. That level of customer service and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied really stood out. My Bronco looks great, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Sales experience was quick and easy. I made them a good offer and they accepted it without trying to squeeze me for more profit. No hard sell for additional warranty or service plans. The only drawback overall was that the dealer applied spray in bed liner was not done very carefully, some bed tie downs were removed prior to installation while others were just sprayed over, there was a little overspray and a smudge in the bed liner. Also, there were pieces of masking tape left on the roof and rocker panel. More
