this is my rating overall. ..my service advisor was out and i was told by reception that no one was handling his calls...after 10 calls in 2 days, i was able...after leaving voi ..my service advisor was out and i was told by reception that no one was handling his calls...after 10 calls in 2 days, i was able...after leaving voicemails on voiceless recorders and calling back...Eli made sure that i was able to talk to Richard Morris to schedule pick up for my van which was ready. Reception is rude, unhelpful and really has no interest in helping....we are just a call that they can forward to an empty phone and get rid of...each time i called in, they were aware of my issue etc. and had no interest in customer service. Asking for a manager...there was no one available....This issue happens each time we service at Bill Ray. Maybe we will just buy card from the awesome sales team and service elsewhere...coming from someone whom has purchased 9 cars from Bill Ray...hmmmm More
