BUYER BEWARE! On 8/29/2026, I spent approximately eight hours at Infiniti of Nashua attempting to purchase a new vehicle. During that time, I experienced signi On 8/29/2026, I spent approximately eight hours at Infiniti of Nashua attempting to purchase a new vehicle. During that time, I experienced significant sales pressure, repeated sales tactics, and multiple attempts to add financial products and charges that I believed were inappropriate or incorrect. I became so frustrated that I was prepared to leave, but after continued pressure, I ultimately agreed to purchase the vehicle at the dealership’s full asking price. After extensive negotiations, we reached an agreement. I signed the purchase paperwork, financing was arranged, and the dealership obtained bank approval. At that point, I reasonably believed the transaction was complete and that I was purchasing the specific vehicle we had agreed upon. The dealership then brought a vehicle around for me to take delivery. Upon inspecting it, I immediately realized it was NOT the vehicle I had agreed to purchase. When I brought this to their attention, the dealership acknowledged that the wrong vehicle had been provided and described it as an honest mistake. However, instead of correcting the mistake and honoring the agreement, I was told that the vehicle I had actually agreed to purchase was more expensive. I was essentially given the choice of paying additional money for the correct vehicle or accepting a different vehicle that was merely similar. This was extremely upsetting and felt like a bait-and-switch situation. I had spent eight hours at the dealership, endured considerable pressure to complete the transaction, signed the necessary documents, and obtained financing approval. It was only at the point of delivery that I discovered I was being given a different vehicle and that correcting the dealership’s mistake would require me to pay more. I understand that genuine mistakes can occur. My concern is how the dealership handled the mistake once it was identified. Rather than taking responsibility and honoring the agreement, I was told I would have to pay additional money. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SLIMY UNETHICAL PRACTICES.
