Long wait, mediocre service, $300 for 'free service' No signs to tell you to pull in. The. Waited for awhile before someone acknowledged me and told me to pull in. Hopefully someone getting this message will pass along to the service advisor, (Juan) and maybe a manager. My frustration is 2-fold. 1, on way home, in dark, no lights. Couldn't figure out why, but put at ri the service advisor, (Juan) and maybe a manager. My frustration is 2-fold. 1, on way home, in dark, no lights. Couldn't figure out why, but put at risk!! Made it home, and my wife knew to turn the switch on. I recognize the reason to turn them off to work on car, but Your Job Is To Put It Back On. This could have resulted in a serious accident and dealership is at fault. In addition, when getting that resolved, she noticed the low tire pressure alert to check censer and icon flashes, and stays on. So 4.5 hrs and $687. Later the reason to have service remains an issue. Now what will you do about this?? More

Made an appointment on Tuesday to get my door handle fixed. Only to show up for my appointment on Friday to find out the new part had not been ordered. Was told new part would be in by Saturday, only I fixed. Only to show up for my appointment on Friday to find out the new part had not been ordered. Was told new part would be in by Saturday, only I am still waiting for someone to call me to tell me the part is in and to setup another appointment. More
