Service department at westboro toyota is awful. On multiple occasions I have showed up and my car was not ready from getting service done. Dropping off the car the night before and then getting a call at 8:30 that the car is checked in and then service isn’t done at 4:30 that afternoon is just awful. More

Service was extremely slow ,when I arrived I waited 17 minutes before being greeted. There were 2 other cars waiting as well longer than me.
