He also knew the car (a 2014 model Mazda 2) inside and out. Also of note: this sale occurred on New Year's Eve, and he ended up staying late because of us. I started off my visit with Earnest on a Sunday who was nice. Most of the time I was there, from Sunday afternoon through to Monday night I worked with Juan and Rey (who is one of the managers) spent quite nice. They worked with me and met me where I needed to be and I am, 24 hours later, very happy with my decision to buy a car from this dealership. No buyers remorse here! They didn't pressure me which means a lot to me. They were patient and cared about my needs.
