I had bought my Ford edge brand new from Palm Coast Ford back in 2014. I have been going to Kia since then to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. Last week we purchased a new SX-X Line Telluride from DeLand Kia. The salesmen were great. Once we got home we noticed several issues and called it to their attention. The sales agents responded quickl DeLand Kia. The salesmen were great. Once we got home we noticed several issues and called it to their attention. The sales agents responded quickly and had their manager Chad contact me. My phone call with Chad was very disappointing. He was condescending and rude and not once did he even feign concern towards my issues. He did unapologetically say he would EAT the cost of the steering wheel repair and would let me know when the steering wheel was in. However, he acted like he was doing me a favor though I was the one who purchased a new vehicle with a damaged steering wheel. I guess he doesn't care that this is our third new vehicle we purchased from DeLand Kia nor that I have to drive 80 miles and take time out of our week to get this repair done. Our conversation didn't set well with me so I called him back to give him a chance to redeem himself and maybe apologize for his rude behavior, however, he only got worse. He matter- of -factly stated that he addressed my issues that he ordered a steering wheel and that is all that he could do. All though that was my expected outcome, his delivery was not acceptable .I think some public relations training should be in order for Chad. More

After calling the dealership and being handed over to Juan, the time spent on the phone and text with Juan determined the only reason for my setting up an appointment to take a closer look. Juan is exceptional in being very personable and made me feel comfortable through the selection process!!! I have had very unpleasant car purchasing experiences at other car dealerships in the past and have been traumatized from the fear of purchasing a car since, but Juan showed me that the process can be a genuinely pleasant experience and I am grateful!! More
