I purchased a vehicle on 11-09 and am not happy at all about what happened. Although I like the car I purchased, it had undisclosed issues that I immediately had to get repaired within the same week as the purchase and this dealer wouldn’t make it right after two attempts on my end. I’m also extremely angry about the false claims salesman’s made. The unnecessary dealer fees they attempted to charge me. $800 for window tint that was not on the vehicle… argued with them about it it was insane there was literally no window tint… I felt I was being lied to and scammed but I stood my ground. I need a manager to contact me ASAP about my experience it was unacceptable. The girl at the front desk was sitting there with her face in her phone and I stood right in front of her for 5 minutes, she never looked up. Someone else had to walk across the room to greet and help me. I also saw her talking on her cell phone and ignoring another customer who walked in and went up to the desk. On a positive note, the finance managers were absolutely amazing. I appreciated them very much. More
