The service was extraordinary as usual, however while I was there for only a tire rotation, I was charged an oil disposal fee. While I was able to quickly remedy this situation with a call to Cassandra, I was there for only a tire rotation, I was charged an oil disposal fee. While I was able to quickly remedy this situation with a call to Cassandra, I was not happy with the automatic charge that had to be actively removed. This sort of thing can erode my confidence that I will be charged fairly. More
