I recently moved to PS from NJ. This was my first visit/experience with BMW of Palm Springs. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone from Bryan Gacayab, my service advisor to the services workers went above visit/experience with BMW of Palm Springs. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone from Bryan Gacayab, my service advisor to the services workers went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with my X2 and get it fixed. Since this was also my first service visit, Bryan explained what the process involved and pointed out the items to be checked on the vehicle. The service attendant drove the car with me to get a feel for what the problem was. It took a couple of days to diagnose and repair but it got done and the X2 is running perfectly. Before I got the car back I also received a brief video recap from the service attendant pointing out what was being done and evaluating tires and other areas he checked out. That was something I’d never experienced with any dealership. A nice touch with every BMW dealership I’ve dealt with is getting the vehicle back vacuumed and washed. The same holds true with BMW of Palm Springs. More
