Todd, service coordinator is second to none. Returns calls promptly and solves problems. Cars break from time to time, but Fette has done right by me. PS: first car 3rd car, no matter, always a great experience. Only recommendation: would be nice if they can give new owners a cool Infiniti key chain :) More
