David and Aaron worked at the customers pace and provided the information that we were interested in. There were no surprises or changes in of the details discussed prior to or after coming to an agreement. the information that we were interested in. I have to admit that we planned on looking at some other dealerships and different brands all together, however between the vehicle and the integrity put forth by David there was no reason to continue shopping.We had bought our suburban 20 years ago from this very same Chase dealership and I hope our new Tahoe serves as as well. This was my first time stepping foot into a Chevrolet dealership and I wish I would’ve come here a lot sooner! My wife and I were immediately greeted by Rafael and he made us feel like family. We had an dealership and I wish I would’ve come here a lot sooner! My wife and I were immediately greeted by Rafael and he made us feel like family. We had an idea of what we were looking to buy and he helped us to narrow it down to our unique liking. We ended up purchasing a brand new Traverse. The paperwork was simple and expedient. The entire staff made us feel right at home. It’s because of Rafael’s amazing attention to detail and genuineness that we returned the very next day to buy a 2nd vehicle.
